JSN consultants was established in 2020 by our Principal Consultant Ms. Jyothi Santosh Nair, who embarked on a journey of supporting growing organizations and start-ups establish Human Resource strategies and best HR practices. After more than 2 decades in the Human Resources & Business field, she was convinced that only organizations with superlative people practices can sustain in the long run. Here is where she realized that new and growing organizations’ pain areas are obtaining, engaging and retaining.
