Jyothi Santosh Nair
Jyothi is the founder and Principal consultant with JSN. A Post Graduate in Business Administration from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai, she has more than 22 years of progressive experience in various facets of Business and Human Capital Management & Development across India and the Middle East.
An Economics graduate, she commenced her career in Marketing and Operations Management with Jyothy Laboratories Ltd supporting Product Management and Supply Chain. She transitioned to Human Resource Management with ACC Holcim and other Multinational Majors like Mahindra and Mahindra, Marina Home furnishings, Dubai and Bronet group.
She is a certified coach in NLP from Symbiosis (CNLP Course certified by ICF) and an NLP Practitioner & Master Practitioner W3 Coach. She also holds a certification in Psychometric Analysis from T V Rao learning systems and Certification in Hay Evaluation. Her passion for Learning & Development, Employee engagement and Talent Management drove her passion to freelance and support Organizations with Strategic HR and set best HR practices.

Santosh Nair
Santosh is a Masters in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, UK, (Dubai Campus), CIPD Certified and a Human Resources & Business Professional with 29 years progressive experience in various facets of Business and Human Capital Management & Development in India and the MENA region.

His basic qualification in Microbiology triggered his career in R&D with Asian Paints, subsequently moving to Sales after his post graduate qualification in Marketing and Sales Management wherein he topped the course across 53 institutes in India. Recipient of the Century Rayon Gold Medal and the Kulapati award from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, he had a successful career with Pharmaceutical majors like Ranbaxy, Solus, Ethypharm, K Labs, Merck Serono and AMICO FZ LLC, Dubai.
His core competencies include Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits and Manpower productivity & planning
He exhibits an exceptional ability to function as a Strategic HR Business Partner, develop and implement successful human resources management strategies to support corporate mandate
