Talent Management

Learning Interventions

Peter Senge stated in an interview that a learning organization is a group of people working together collectively to enhance their capacities to create results they really care about. Senge popularized the concept of the learning organization through his book The Fifth Discipline. Going by the same premise, we give the Learning & Development a new dimension by integrating this as part of the culture of the organization. We ensure that we identify the training needs of the associates in the organization, create a training calendar, create training clusters and support in creating the design and delivery of learning interventions.

Employee Engagement

Engaged employees care about their work, growth of the organization and understand the value of contribution to their workplace. As such identifying the levels of engagement within the organization and working towards increasing the number of engaged employees become paramount. We have developed our own tool to assess the employee engagement levels. We have gone a step by measuring the Satisfaction, Engagement and Association Levels of the employees in the organization, as such we call it the SEA score. We measure the organizational, functional and departmental SEA Score. We conduct the presurvey talk, then the survey and finally the action planning exercises for our clients.

Coaching

We have a structured coaching and mentoring program. We identify associates as a part of succession planning for critical positions. We use our structured coaching program for imparting skill-based knowledge to these identified associates. Mentoring program is aimed at a behavioural skill enhancement and to bring the best out of the protégé.
